Two Months

In exactly two months I will be boarding a plane and heading halfway across the world to study for a semester in Sevilla, Spain. During my time there, I will be staying with a host family (although I do not know who they are yet). I am really looking forward to this great opportunity and am anticipating my travels. While I will be in an amazing country exploring and visiting all sorts of places, I will have to attend school :) Bummer. We begin the semester with a three week intensive Spanish language course. Following that, I will be enrolled in a culture class, Anthropology of Spain, Civilizations of Spain, Spanish for the Health Professions and a dance class. In addition to learning in class, I am eager to gain a better grasp of the language as well as the culture. Our classes are in Spanish and we did sign a contract to speak in Spanish 24/7. While I am nervous about communicating, I know it will be greatly beneficial and hopefully I will be able to easily learn the dialect. That's all for now I guess!
